The rules of the road.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NourishNot, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Beta availability

NourishNot is currently in closed beta. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn while the product is tested. Beta features may contain errors, change without notice, or be removed.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a particular launch date.

4. Core and Pro features

NourishNot may offer both core and paid Pro features. Pro may include weekly pattern reports, predictive insights, AI coaching, sleep integration analysis, and PDF exports.

Pricing, trial terms, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be presented before any purchase. No charge will be made without your authorization.

5. No medical advice

NourishNot does not provide medical, nutritional, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated coaching and predictions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding health concerns. If using NourishNot worsens distress or eating-related symptoms, stop using it and seek appropriate professional support.

6. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to harm another person;
• attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation, or gain unauthorized access;
• reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• submit malicious files, spam, or knowingly false information through website forms.

7. Intellectual property

NourishNot’s software, interface, original content, branding, and proprietary materials are owned by NourishNot or its licensors. You retain ownership of information you create or record.

Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation, provided NourishNot does not publicly identify you without permission.

8. AI and predictive features

Predictions and coaching are generated from available inputs and may not reflect all relevant circumstances. They are estimates, not guarantees. You remain responsible for decisions made after reviewing an insight or suggestion.

9. Exports and third-party sharing

You control whether to export or share reports. Once a file is shared with a doctor, coach, service, or other recipient, that recipient’s privacy and security practices apply.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

NourishNot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, accurate predictions, or a specific result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NourishNot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on app-generated information.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NourishNot at any time. NourishNot may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain security, or address a violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before courts with jurisdiction in British Columbia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the beta, Pro offering, or technical infrastructure evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
